The conversion layer for hostels, hybrid & independent hotels.
Rate Rocket sits on top of your existing booking engine transforming your direct channel into a measured, optimised revenue stream.
No replatform. No downtime. Live in days.
The problem you already know
Around 40% of guests who start a booking never finish it
On mobile the number is usually higher. Legacy booking engines were built to process the guests who complete, not to convert the ones who almost do.
Your booking engine came with your PMS
It was chosen for its operations features, not for conversion. Nobody is investing in booking journey conversion.
15 to 30% of your bookings leak to OTAs
Booking.com, Expedia and Hostelworld take a share of guests who would have booked direct if the mobile checkout had been shorter, faster, or clearer.
No measured baseline for your direct channel
You cannot tell what your website is actually earning versus what it should earn, because no one has produced an audited baseline.
What Rate Rocket does

What makes Rate Rocket different
-
Rate Rocket is not a booking engine. It sits on top of D-Edge, Mews and Cloudbeds, with an SDK in place for other engines. There is no replatform.
-
Every deployment produces a 90-day pre-deployment Baseline and a 90-day Attribution Window measured against it. The numbers are yours, they are audited, and they hold up to a CFO or an IC.
-
Your conversion, AOV, and revenue-per-guest compared to anonymised cohorts of similar properties. Expanding as the platform grows and the aggregated dataset deepens.
-
Rate Rocket-delivered components are built to WCAG 2.1 AA. The scope boundary is documented in the SaaS Agreement.
-
JavaScript integration plus server-side configuration. Your PMS and booking engine stay where they are.
-
Rate Rocket is a product of Qwentès Italia srl, an independent hospitality technology company based in Milan. Independent. Vendor-neutral.
How we measure
Every Rate Rocket deployment begins with a 90-day pre-deployment Baseline. During this window, we instrument your booking engine, establish your property's conversion, AOV, and revenue-per-guest baselines against your existing traffic, and produce a document you can audit.
The Attribution Window is the 90-day period following go-live. Rate Rocket's contribution to each metric is measured against your Baseline. Attribution is reported at three levels: deterministic where a Rate Rocket reference survives to the reservation record, near-deterministic where session tagging closes the loop, probabilistic where session-to-reservation reconstruction is required.
