Measured against your own Baseline
Every Rate Rocket deployment is instrumented against your own property's pre-deployment performance, measured across a defined Attribution Window, and delivered as an Attribution Report that belongs in a board pack.
Rate Rocket is live at global hostels, hybrid-hotel and independent brands across Europe, Latin America and Oceania.
The measurement model
Every Rate Rocket deployment begins with a 90-day pre-deployment Baseline.
During this window, we instrument your booking engine, establish your property's conversion, AOV, and revenue-per-guest baselines against your existing traffic, and produce a document you can audit.
The Attribution Window is the 90-day period following go-live
IRate Rocket's contribution to each metric is measured against your Baseline. The Attribution Window is not a marketing period. It is a measurement period, and it produces the number that determines whether Rate Rocket is a fit for your property.
After the Attribution Window we deliver an Attribution Report
It shows the incremental payments captured, the incremental average order value, the incremental revenue per guest, and the attribution level applied. If a property does not want to continue after reading it, the 15-day exit right applies.
Attribution levels
Attribution is reported at three levels depending on which booking engine sits underneath.
Attribution level per integration is disclosed on request, and the level is documented in the SaaS Agreement.
-
A Rate Rocket reference survives the handoff to the reservation record. Every attributed booking is one-to-one traceable.
-
Session tagging closes the loop between the Rate Rocket session and the confirmed reservation. Available where the booking engine supports the required session-tagging mechanism.
-
Session-to-reservation reconstruction is required. Available where deterministic and near-deterministic attribution are not supported by the booking engine.
The Attribution Report
Every deployment produces a Baseline document at the end of the Baseline period and an Attribution Report at the end of the Attribution Window. Both are designed to be shareable inside the property's own reporting stack.
Delivered as a versioned document, referenceable in board packs and IC memos.
Reports incremental payments captured, incremental AOV, incremental revenue per guest, all against the property's own Baseline.
Includes the attribution level applied on your booking engine.
Includes the peer benchmark against comparable properties on the platform, expanding as the platform grows.
What we do not do
We do not stack metrics. Every figure is reported separately against its own Baseline.
We do not claim outcomes we have not measured.
Every modelled figure is confirmed against your own Baseline during the Measurement Period.
The measurement rules are documented in the SaaS Agreement before deployment begins.
The data architecture
Rate Rocket runs a medallion data architecture with strict aggregation and de-identification safeguards on the peer benchmarking layer.
Guest data is minimised in the operational layer and is never used in the benchmarking layer other than under the Aggregated Performance Data Rights framework.
The scope boundary is documented in the Data Processing Agreement.
